📦 Delivery Policy
- We are committed to delivering your order within 7 days of purchase.
- Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to:
- Location of delivery,
- Courier partner delays,
- Unforeseen events (weather, strikes, etc.).
- If there is any unexpected delay, our team will inform you at the earliest.
🔄 Returns Policy
- We accept returns within 10 days from the date of product delivery.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order ID/receipt) is required.
- Products not eligible for return:
- Customized or made-to-order items,
- Products bought under clearance or final sale.
💰 Refunds
- Once we receive your returned product, it will be inspected.
- If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer/UPI.
